The Alabama Center for Foreign Investment, LLC (ACFI-RC) is committed to provide quality consulting services to assist individuals in complying with all aspects of the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program (“IIPP”), also known as the EB-5 Visa Program. ACFI-RC carefully identifies, evaluates, and selects investment projects which meet IIPP requirements and works with two contract economists from Troy University and the University of Alabama to run the necessary econometric analysis to determine job creation and economic impact as required by the IIPP. ACFI-RC will assist the individual’s legal representative in obtaining the conditional green card and in filing for a permanent green card by assembling the documents necessary to achieve IIPP compliance.

On June 11, 2007, the Alabama Center for Foreign Investment, LLC
was officially designated as the Regional Center (RC) for
Alabama. ACFI-RC is one of the only two statewide centers in the
nation.
ACFI-RC participates in the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program (EB-5
visa category), an employment-creation visa program that affords foreign nationals the opportunity
to become permanent residents in the United States. See ACFI-RC Approval Letter from USCIS.
ACFI-RC’s founders have more than 50 years of combined experience
in finance, immigration law, economic development, and governmental
relations.
ACFI-RC works closely with statewide, regional, and local economic
development organizations to enhance Alabama’s economy and individual
living conditions in rural
areas and areas of high unemployment. In addition, ACFI-RC may provide foreign capital for troubled businesses, and the expansion of an existing business.
Alabama's Regional Center is currently structured for direct foreign
investment (DFI) ranging
from USD 500,000 to USD 500,000,000 plus, which can create thousands
of jobs, both directly and indirectly, each year.
Note: ACFI-RC
will only entertain queries from accredited investors as defined by federal law.
