ACFI-RC has identified a wide variety of qualified projects
across Alabama. The target industries for economic activity
outlined by USCIS are: heavy and light manufacturing,
agriculture, high technology, construction, hospitality, resort
and service industries, golf courses, entertainment, schools,
health care facilities, infrastructure, and cruise line support
services.
ACFI-RC’s project-selection process is done under federal
guidelines and USCIS and ACFI-RC’s standards. The selection
process includes a thorough analysis of financial statements,
business plans, proformas, market analysis documents,
econometric models, and project principals.

service agencies around the world. ACFI-RC asks that interested
firm representatives fill out the contact information form
found on the Contact Us section and provide as much information
about the company and its principals as possible. After the

be included in final offering)

A realistic number for projected job creation and a timetable

information, additional data may be required. All information
provided to ACFI-RC will be kept confidential.
Once ACFI-RC has done an in-house analysis of the project based
on the information provided, ACFI-RC will make a decision as to
whether or not the project is
pre-qualified.
If our in-house staff determines that the project is
pre-qualified, ACFI-RC would then contract a full credit
analysis and run various ratios on the financial data provided
to make comparisons to industry standards.
Based on the evaluation of the all the information available,
various conclusions will be drawn to determine the potential
success of the proposed new commercial enterprise or expansion
of existing business.
During this same time period, ACFI-RC would present the
identical data to one of our two
contract economists to
prepare an econometric model for further validation of the
project's viability, making special emphasis on job creation.
